Ever see an anime character and get a strange feeling of deja vu. I'm not talking about watching the same series or episode over and over, I mean you watch one series, then watch another and swear you saw the same character appear but under a different name. Very suspicious, ne? I'm here to explain my theories of these suspicious look-alikes! If you have any to submit, don't hestitate to submit the URL of a picture and the characters name, and even personality and why you think they are alike ;)
Note: Everything below is theory, and meant as a joke, nothing true, so please don't quote this as actual series information ^^;

Case No.1
[ Chichiri from Fushigi Yuugi | Xelloss from Slayer Next & Slayers Try | Yamazaki from Card Captor Sakura]
The squinty-eyed family. Can't you see? They smile an awful lot, and while they may not necessarily be related just because they smile..., they sure do seem to smile nearly all through their entire series, and I can't help but think it's genes.
Chichiri is some kind of a monk and a Suzaku seishi (protector of a miko), Xelloss is a priest of Xelas, and well Yamazaki is just a fourth grade student. While Xellos is 2000 and something, Chichiri is 20 something and Yamazaki is only 10, you can help but noticed the similarities.
Their eyes can revert to normal if they wish, it's not permanent like Brock of Pokemon ;) They seem to pop in behind and around people and scare the living daylights out of those nearby... Chichiri through his kasa (straw hat), Xelloss through his *magical* abilities and Yamakazi, just because he's him!
Yamakazi has a thing with making up stories about anything he can think of, Xelloss has a knack for leaving out a lot of the truth, so it's in a sense a form of fibbing.
I think with all these various similarities they are somehow, someway related, even though their animes are in different times and places, either that, or it's the same person, reincarnated throughout anime ;)

Hey, I know it's a long shot, but look at those eyes ;) And they're both pretty cute ;) (Yes, Brock is a man... I just decided to pick a humiliating picture of him ;D)

Case No. 2 - submitted by Taiitsu no Miko

The Hot Dangerous Blondes Family! This group is recognizable mostly by their master traits of long blonde hair, gorgeous blue eyes and tendency toward having one primary woman in their life.These guys all tend toward being excellent swordsmen. (Either as hobby,job or simply out of nessecity to their life. Alan is the strongest example of this trait but Zechs refers to dueling alot (his favourite sport?) and Nakago fights with a sword regularly on the battlefield as the shogun [general of Seiryuu's army].
Often bishonen of this group are leaders. They tend to be in command of
groups. Alan - all those guys that call him boss, [Gotta love the accuracy ;) Just teasing!] Zechs - alot of pilots and people from Sank Kingdom, Nakago - he's the shogun of two thirds of
Kutou's army not to mention being the leading force of the Seiryuu no Seichisei! [aka seishi, protector of the miko]
These men are often evil and/or semi-evil and they always stand out
wherever they go. Nakago in particular masters this trait (he's the only
blonde/blue eyed bishonen in his series and has a personality to suggest
that his name be synonmous with 'evil') but Zechs has that semi-bad rep too
and Alan is a notorious playboy. These main three also like to disguise
emotions, whether physically or even unconsciencously. [They're just misunderstood ;_;]
Despite the many women they work or even toy with the emotions of, these
guys all have one primary lady. For Nakago that's Soi, for Zechs it's Noin
(all though 6x13 fans will argue for Treize to take that title) [Ugh!] and for
Alan his primary woman seems to be Millerna (or Marlene if you're 'first-love' purist).

Gourry - the swordsmanship, the Lina-ship, the feature traits of blonde/blue. All you need is the semi-evil... [Too dumb to be evil though ;)]
Quatre - All he's really got going for him is the tendency to battle and
the blonde & blue but heck, he's a cutie so let's put him up here. [Hey, you never know! Quatre could just be hiding those sadistic murderous evil feelings deep down inside. I tellya, it's always the quiet ones @_@]
Treize Kushranada - he's missing the long blonde hair but the blue eyes
he's got and the swordsmanship, leadership, primary woman (Lady Une) and
disguising emotions are all prominent in him.[Since when is Treize hot?]
